A Tuesday Update from Living Hope Church

CATEGORY: News

Holy Week – The week that changed the world. This week we celebrate Jesus’ final steps to the cross. Take some time this week and reflect on the ultimate sacrifice that Jesus paid for us. (Might even be worth a social media post)

Sunday, we celebrated Palm Sunday with a great message from Pastor Bill Cumbee. If you happened to miss that Livestream, please make sure to watch it on our Facebook page or here on the website.

This week we will be celebrating Good Friday with a Good Friday Special from the Living Hope Church staff. This special will feature music and scripture reading and prayer from our staff as we honor the sacrifice Jesus paid on Good Friday. Our pastoral staff will also be delivering Easter BAG-skets to the LHC Kids families that have reserved their deliveries. Tomorrow is the last day to book a delivery. Contact Pastor Stefanie by e-mail at stefanie.towne@LHCweb.org or on the LHCkids Facebook page.

Easter Sunday is going to be an exceptional service that you will be able to enjoy in the comfort of your home. Our service will feature beautiful music, a challenging Easter message, and salvation opportunity as well as communion. If you do not have emblems for communion at home, you may want to get some this week. You can use other items to represent the communion emblems like a grape and piece of bread. We encourage you to plan to participate with us.

We as church leadership are praying for you, our congregation, in this season. We look forward to the day when we again can meet in the church as a family, but until then, know that you are in our prayers. We are also here if you have a need. You can reach out to us in the following ways:
Prayer Requests – prayer@LHCweb.org
Needs – LHCinfo@LHCweb.org or call 219-769-3601 ext 1 (leave a message)

Be in prayer with us for this Sunday. We are expecting God to do amazing things through our message. Invite people to join you in watching our service; after all, everyone goes to church on Easter Sunday!
