Frequently Asked Questions
How often do I have to provide a meal?
That is completely up to you! The Meals Ministry has many volunteers that are made aware when a need arises. Only sign up to help when you are able. Our hope is that each volunteer would commit to providing at least 2 meals per year but we understand that life happens.
How many meals will I receive?
The Meals Ministry will provide a minimum of one meal and a maximum of three meals per family. Certain seasons in life are busier than others. We would love to provide every family with the maximum but that is not always possible.
What about dietary restrictions?
The Meals Ministry coordinator will contact each family in need and find out about any dietary restrictions or personal preferences. The volunteer team will be notified about each families requests.
