E-Mail Signature
All staff should be using Microsoft Outlook for church business communication. All emails should be signed using our official signature like so:

Copy the signature from our template:
- Download and open our e-mail signature template file here.
- With the template file open press “ctrl a” (“command a” on mac) to highlight the signature and then “ctrl c” to copy it (“command c” on mac).
Transfer the signature template to Microsoft Outlook:
On PC
- Launch Outlook
- Create a new email message.
- On the Message tab, in the Include group, choose Signature > Signatures.
- Under Select signature to edit, choose New, and in the New Signature dialog box, type a name for the signature.
- Under Choose default signature, set the following options for your signature:
- In the E-mail account list, choose an email account to associate with the signature. You can have different signatures for each email account.
- In the New messages list, choose the signature that you want to be added automatically to all new email messages. If you don’t want to auto sign your new email messages, accept the default option of (none).
- In the Replies/forwards list, choose the signature that you want to be added automatically (auto sign) when you reply to or forward messages. Otherwise, accept the default option of (none).
- Under Edit signature, press “ctrl v” to paste the signature template.
- Edit the signature details to match your information.
- Click OK to close the signature window.
On MAC
- Launch Outlook.
- Click Outlook on the menu and select Preferences.
- Open Signatures.
- Click on the plus sign [+] on the bottom left corner.
- Double-click Untitled to rename it, for example, to My Signature.
- Click to check the box next to “My Signature”.
- On the right hand side, press “command v” to paste the signature template.
- Edit the signature details to match your information.
- Once you are done, click the Default Signatures button if you wish to make the signature you just created to be your default signature.
- In the window, select your email account.
- In the Default Signature click on the drop down arrow and select “My Signature” or the name of the signature you have created in step 5.
- Click OK.
- Close the Signature window.
