Trunks Needed for Fallapalooza

October 28th, Living Hope Church will host FALLAPALOOZA, a Trunk Or Treat Drive Through Event, from 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm, in the church parking lot. We are looking for 30 Amazing trunks to provide kids and families with a fun look at decorations and a safe way to get some goodies. Don’t host a Trunk alone; invite your family, friends, or life group to join you! You can dress up to match your theme!

We ask that everyone hosting a ‘trunk’ bring enough candy to give to 300 children. We will supply candy as well. Each trunk will receive a scooper to scoop candy into the bags the children hold out of their car windows. We want to be mindful of social distancing while giving the kids an experience they will enjoy!

You, as a trunk host, will have to opportunity to win as well! Our event judges will be checking out each trunk and completing a scoring sheet used to determine our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. Our event judges are looking for creativity/originality, attention to detail, theme execution, and costumes.

Trunk Space Information: You can set up your parking space starting at 6:15 pm, keeping at least one parking spot between you and your neighbor. You can set up a table in front of your trunk and bring chairs if you’re going to have a seat. Be as creative as you wish.

Parking Lot Crew: Your job is to keep the cars moving safely and direct them to the traffic pattern.

Candy Requirements: Please bring individually packaged store-bought candy (miniature candy bars, suckers). The church will provide a serving scooper and bucket to every trunk.

Rain or shine, we are looking forward to this event. Whether you attend in person and decorate your trunk or donate candy, your involvement is appreciated. We will have a cart in the lobby to collect candy donations for your convenience.
