A Tuesday Update from Living Hope Church

Re-acclimation is the journey our nation is walking as we progressively start to return from the COVID-19 season. Our sermon series Re-Acclamation was represented well by our Youth Pastor Bryan Hart on Sunday. He shared 7 great tips on praise, and we had a wonderful time honoring our graduates. If you missed this past Sunday, you can watch it here:

This Sunday is Father’s Day and Pastor Doug has a special message called “DAD’S RULE!” There will be donuts for dads before service and hot dogs on their way out. Join us Sunday as we celebrate dads. You can get your seat reservations, as well as the standards for attendance here. Reserve seats help us maintain appropriate social distancing. (Thank you again to the Northwest Indiana Symphony Orchestra for allowing us to use their ticketing system) We are striving to keep Living Hope safe, thank you for cooperating with us.

We will soon be announcing the return dates for YOUTH and LHCKids. We are working diligently to provide safe and excellent opportunities for these ministries to function. You can learn more about our YOUTH and LHCkids at:

The Northwest Indiana Food Bank will be providing groceries for families in Lake County this Wednesday, June 17th from 4 pm to 6 pm in our church parking lot. The National Guard will help deliver groceries to the vehicles. If you or someone you know in Lake County needs groceries, please stop by the church for this great blessing.

Sunday, July 5th is going to be our big Independence Day Celebration! We have our come back to church Sunday challenge that morning at 10:30 am followed by a wonderful evening of food, fun, and fireworks. Living Hope Church will be providing food by MISSION BBQ. The food is free, and we will be taking donations to bless the 20th Century Missionary Baptist Church in Gary. All donations will go to help paint their church building. Tailgating begins at 6:30 pm and Fireworks start at 9 pm. We are so excited to celebrate our freedom and enjoy this great night as a church family.
