For God so loved the world. Those immortal words echo throughout eternity. They represent the very heartbeat of our creator.
God loves people, and he desperately wants to see them saved by his Amazing Grace! Jesus loves people so much that He would rather die than be without them. Wow, think about that. John 15:13 says, “There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”
The love that God has for the world is the greatest love the world has ever seen!
If God loves the world that much, shouldn’t we pay attention to that? Shouldn’t we care about what God cares about? Shouldn’t we be moved by what moves God? Church, I believe we have a responsibility to give out God’s grace. The church is God’s plan for reaching the world.
The potency of God’s grace is so powerful that it’s immorally selfish, even narcissistic, to try to reserve that grace for people who have already received it.
Forgive me if this sounds like a commercial plug; this Easter, we have the opportunity to reach people with the love, kindness, and grace of God. I pray each of us is moved to reach out and invite someone to hear the Gospel. This Resurrection Sunday has the power to change somebody’s life for eternity!
God is drawing circles around people in our community; let’s reach them!
I love you all, and we are praying for you this week.
Hope Lives Here!
