Into the Wilderness pt. 17 - Pastor Rick Cochran

As we move to Exodus 23 we see an expansion of the social laws as a part of the Torah. These laws direct how the  Israelites interacted with one another. At the top of this passage the Lord instructs, “You must not follow the crowd  in doing wrong...do not be swayed by the crowd to twist justice.” The Lord, who is the God of justice, requires that His  people do what is right and live justly. We can see how following the crowd often leads us away from God’s way.
