The leadership of the Israelites has moved from Moses to Joshua and he is now poised to lead them into the Promised  Land the Lord has spoken of for so long. As they prepare to inhabit this promise, the people find they need to prepare  themselves by embracing courage, consecrating their hearts, and taking bold steps of faith into the unknown. Only by  doing these things can the receive this blessed gift from God
